Building my booth

How do I build my booth?

Use the unique link provided to access the booth builder, follow the 6 simple steps to complete your stand build. Please refer to the booth building manual that explains each step in detail.

How do I make sure my booth is not live until it has been through the approval process?

All booths will be 'inactive' until you confirm by email that they have been approved. This means it will not be visible on the virtual platform. Once you confirm the booth is approved we will make it active so it appears in the exhibition hall.

What if I want to change something on my booth?

Simply use the link to access your booth builder and you can change any of the information you have input. You can change items up to the day of the event and after the event for on-demand access.

Live days

Do I need to download or install anything for the event?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to attend the event. You only need to have internet access.

How do I log in on the day?

You will set up your own details and your booth representative's login details when you are building your booth. You can use these details to access the online event.

Who do I contact if I am having troubleshooting issues on the day of the event?

Send an email to guidelineslive2020@getvfairs.io for any technical assistance.

What time does the exhibition open and close?

The exhibition will be open from 08.30 on Tuesday 17 November and will remain open for 2 months as delegates access on-demand content. However, we advise that the booth in manned during the following times on the live days:

-Tuesday 17 November 08.30–17.30

-Wednesday 18 November 08.30–17.00

How do I communicate with delegates?

Via text, audio or video chat on your booth. If there is no one manning the booth and delegate has a question, the delegate will be able to send their request via email from the booth. After the live days delegates can send emails to you.

What happens if I cannot man the booth all day?

When building your booth you can specify the times that each booth rep will be at the stand and this will visible to delegates. Delegates can send you emails while the booth is unmanned

On-demand

How long will my booth be on demand for?

This is planned to be until 17 January 2021 and may be extended based on delegate feedback.

Can take my booth down if I do not want it accessed on-demand?

Yes

What happens if a delegate wants to ask a question while access to the event is on-demand?

They can send you an email via your booth

Metrics and benefits

What data will I be given on booth attendee visits and when will I get this?

The following metrics will be provided for your booth:

  • Total number of visits to your booth
  • The roles of delegates who visited your booth
  • What resources were viewed from your booth

 

Metrics will be provided on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 25 November 2020
  • Wednesday 16 December 2020
  • Friday 8 January 2021
