When can I access Guidelines Live content on demand?

The platform will be open from the end of the live event. You will be able to access content 24/7 for 60 days.

Who can attend Guidelines Live?

Registered healthcare professionals including GPs, nurses, pharmacists and those with an interest in developing and implementing guidelines.

What does the registration fee include?

The Guidelines Live team has arranged for a number of resources to be available to all delegates including:

  • Access to a recording of all sessions
  • Digital versions of Guidelines in Practice
  • Guidelines: a special Guidelines Live supplement including new summaries and those most relevant to the sessions covered during the event
  • Digital resources from the clinical sessions.
  • In addition, recordings of the live Q&A sessions will be available by 30 November.

What can I expect during Guidelines Live on demand?

  • Watch recorded presentations from expert speakers
  • Download valuable educational materials from the exhibition booths
  • Access CPD reflective templates from the MGP booths.

Will there be a help desk?

Will I be able to visit the exhibition?

The exhibition hall is open 24/7 – please click on names or the booth itself to see more information. If you have any questions for exhibiting companies please use the send a message function on the relevant booth.

How do I log in to access content?

Your login details are based on the email address you used to register and the password you set. If you forget your password there is a forget password button – you will receive an email to allow you to change it. If you have any issues please contact

Will I be able to take way any documents or files from the event?

Yes, as at a face-to-face event you will be provided with a delegate bag on the platform–simply download resources from the exhibition stands and email them to yourself.

How do I access the sessions on demand?

Once you have logged into the platform, enter the auditoria and click on the main screen. You will then be able to see the agenda – by clicking the tab with the date you will be able to choose between the different streams and select the session to watch

Will I be able to take way any documents or files from the event?

Yes. Like any physical event, you will have a delegate bag–you can add any documents available on booths to the online delegate bag in your account and then email them to yourself.

Do I need to download or install anything to watch Guidelines Live on demand?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to access the content on demand. You only need to have internet access, we advise using the following browsers for the best experience: Firefox and Google Chrome.

How do I access a CPD certificate?

You will be able to request a certificate from the Guidelines Live booth in the exhibition hall -this will then be sent to you by email.

To record your learning we have also supplied reflective templates for all sessions on the MGP booths – these can be downloaded for your to complete and save.

All Guidelines Live 2020 sessions and digital resources have been available on the virtual event platform for 60 days and will go offline on Sunday 17 January 2021.
