Guidelines Live 2022

Data and Privacy.

By registering for a place at Guidelines Live (22-23 November 2022) you agree to receive email and SMS (text) messages relating to the event.

You will be issued with a barcoded name badge to print at home and bring with you to the event. The Organiser, Exhibitors and other associates may have bar code readers. By allowing your badge to be scanned you are deemed to have consented to passing over your registration details and personal data.

You consent to this personal data being used to contact me about their products or services, and understand that this exhibitor, sponsor, or speaker may transfer this data outside of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area and for these reasons, you also understand and agree to the organiser’s privacy policy.

Cancellation of attendance. 

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We regret tickets cannot be refunded. 

However, by contacting the organisers directly, you may be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague at no monetary gain or rollover your ticket to the next Guidelines Live event. 

We will make no refund for non-attendance, whether in full or partial.

Cancellation or postponement of the event.

In very rare circumstance it may be necessary to cancel an event. In these circumstances, delegates will be informed as soon as possible, and all delegates will be offered a full refund or the chance to transfer to another date.

Materials and Copyright. 

All rights are reserved. No part of Guidelines Live may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the intellectual property owner, this may be the organiser, exhibitor, or author of written or presented materials.

Filming and Photography.

The Organiser may take a wide selection of good quality video footage and still photography of the Event, including attendees and stands (where applicable). The Organiser shall have the exclusive right to use such footage and photography in advertising in all mediums for the Organiser's services and/or products, and visitors consent to this use by agreeing to these attending the event.
