We are continuing to use the exhibitor portal that was launched in 2023, this portal contains all key information you will need for attending Guidelines Live 2024. This can be accessed through the exhibitor portal login button at the top of the page.

We have also provided a quick two minute video that walks through the exhibitor portal, available here.

  • What services are provided with my stand?

The quantity of exhibitor badges issued per stand, or persons permitted to attend, is dependent on the sqm of your exhibition stand. You do not have to use your full allocation of badges/attendees but for security reasons we would always recommend a minimum of two persons per stand.

You must order your exhibitor badges by completing the form entitled '5 Exhibitor badges 2024 interactive.pdf', this form is located within the form pack accessible within the exhibitor portal.

We operate a ‘print at home’ badge system and all badges will be emailed direct to your team members as a PDF prior to the event. You MUST print and bring the badge with you.

Related questions:

Due to GDPR we are unable to provide a list of delegates. However, you may purchase a delegate badge scanner/app licence to track the connections and leads that you make at the stand. Please go to supplier section of the online manual to do this.
