How do I get my exhibitor badges and how many can I have?

The quantity of exhibitor badges issued per stand, or persons permitted to attend, is dependent on the sqm of your exhibition stand. You do not have to use your full allocation of badges/attendees but for security reasons we would always recommend a minimum of two persons per stand.

You must order your exhibitor badges by completing the form entitled '5 Exhibitor badges 2023 interactive.pdf', this form is located within the form pack accessible within the exhibitor portal.

We operate a ‘print at home’ badge system and all badges will be emailed direct to your team members as a PDF prior to the event. You MUST print and bring the badge with you.
