Access to ExCeL London can also be achieved via the Elizabeth Line to Custom House, however this will leave approximately 600m walk from the West entrance to Guidelines Live. For more information, click here.

ExCeL London is served by two public transport stations on the Elizabeth Line and the DLR. There are car parking spaces and excellent links to London City Airport.

On public transport from central London and mainline London terminals, Custom House station to the West of the ExCeL campus is served by the Elizabeth Line and the DLR.

Some visitors may find using the Elizabeth Line a quicker journey, however this may involve a walk of around 600m when arriving at Custom House, or a change on to the DLR for one stop, as this is at the opposite side of the ExCeL campus.

For a much shorter walk, we recommend alighting at Prince Regent station.

Guidelines Live is open to all UK-registered healthcare professionals including GPs, nurses, pharmacists and those with an interest in developing and implementing guidelines.

You will be required to enter your relevant professional number (i.e. GMC, NMC, GPHC) during registration.

There is a registration fee of £99 payable on all bookings for Guidelines Live 2024. Summer offer of only £49 available now.

This gives access to up to 48 hours of clinical content plus delegate resources.

The Guidelines Live team has arranged for a number of resources to be available to all delegates including:

  • Guidelines in Practice: a special Guidelines Live supplement with content most relevant to sessions covered during the event
  • Guidelines: a special Guidelines Live supplement including new summaries and those most relevant to the sessions covered during the event
  • Digital resources from the clinical sessions.

The digital resources include a combination of:

  • Key learning points for each session
  • A session summary
  • A copy of the presentation slides
  • Videos of independent sessions (available within 3 weeks of the conference)

These resources can be accessed using the link provided in a personal post-event email. This allows all delegates to review sessions they attended, but also access the sessions they missed. This post-event email will be delivered at the end of the second day.

To support your learning, the Guidelines Live team also provides a reflection record for you to download and use both during and after the conference.

Two weeks prior to the event, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your PDF ticket/badge from 24registrations@eventdata.co.uk address. Please check spam or junk folders, and if it still hasn’t arrived please email guidelineslive@webmd.net and we will sort this for you. You MUST PRINT AND BRING THIS WITH YOU to the show. If you lose your email or reference number, please go to the help desk at the show when you arrive.

If you have booked for only one day and wish to upgrade to attend both days, please contact the organisers at guidelineslive@webmd.net to discuss options.

Guidelines Live has received accreditation from the CPD certification service, which means that both the event itself and the resources it provides to you, our delegates, add further learning value in line with CPD guidelines.

CPD can be claimed for up to 6 hours per day of attendance at Guidelines Live. In addition, CPD can be claimed for any extended learning completed using our digital resources. We have worked with the speakers from the independent sessions to help you transfer your learning into practice. The digital resources include a combination of:

  • Key learning points for each session
  • A session summary
  • A copy of the presentation slides
  • Videos of independent sessions (available within 3 weeks of the conference)

These resources can be accessed using the link provided in your personal post-event email. This allows all delegates to review sessions they attended, but also access the sessions they missed.

To support your learning, the Guidelines Live team also provides a reflection record for you to download and use as a simple way to record and reflect on your learning during and after the conference. A link is available here to an interactive pdf provided by Medscape for Guidelines, Guidelines in Practice, and Guidelines Live extended learning.

To further support your practice, exclusive supplements from Guidelines and Guidelines in Practice are available to all delegates; these include summaries and articles related to the clinical topics discussed by our expert speakers in the independent sessions. They are available via a QR code and in the digital resources post-event.

At the end of the conference, all delegates will receive an email with instructions regarding how to access a certificate of attendance. A follow up email will then be sent out about a CPD certificate. This may take a few months to finalise pending verification from the CPD certification service.

For any further queries, please email guidelineslive@webmd.net.

At the end of the conference, all delegates will receive an email with instructions of how to access their personalised CPD certificate confirming attendance at Guidelines Live 2024.

Claim CPD for attending sessions, reflecting on your learning, and sharing with your team.

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We regret tickets cannot be refunded.

However, by contacting the organisers directly, you may be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague at no monetary gain or rollover your ticket to the next Guidelines Live event. Please email us at guidelineslive@webmd.net to request a transfer.

We will make no refund for non-attendance, whether in full or partial.

In very rare circumstances it may be necessary to cancel an event. In these circumstances, delegates will be informed as soon as possible, and all delegates will be offered a full refund or the chance to transfer to another date.
